The program begins with a comprehensive virtual evaluation and baseline laboratory testing. Throughout the three-month program, patients receive monthly provider follow-up to monitor progress, review treatment tolerance, discuss nutrition and lifestyle goals, and make clinically appropriate treatment adjustments.

Medication-assisted weight management may be considered when clinically appropriate following an individualized medical evaluation.

Medication is included when prescribed and clinically appropriate. Treatment is individualized, so medication selection and dosing depend on the patient’s medical history, laboratory results, treatment response, medication availability, and the provider’s clinical judgment.
Do you use compounded medications?
When clinically appropriate and legally permissible, an individualized treatment plan may include medication compounded and dispensed by a licensed pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and do not undergo FDA premarket review for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Treatment options will be discussed before prescribing.
How often will I see my provider?
